how long will my order take?
usually 2–5 weeks total (1–3 days processing + 10–25 days shipping). see our shipping policy for the full breakdown.

do you ship internationally?
yes — tracked shipping worldwide.

why does shipping take longer than other stores?
most of our pieces are made or sourced specifically per order from independent makers, not pulled off a shelf in a warehouse down the street. that's the tradeoff for getting things that actually feel intentional.

can I change or cancel my order?
if it hasn't shipped yet, email us right away and we'll try. once it's in processing with our maker partners, changes usually aren't possible.

what if my item arrives damaged?
email us within 10 days with a photo. we'll replace it or refund it.

do you accept returns if I just don't like it?
not currently, since most items are made specifically for your order — but we describe everything clearly upfront so there are no surprises.

how do I track my order?
you'll get a tracking link by email once it ships.
